From Submission to Job Site Delivery
Our 5 Step Process for CFS Trusses & Framing Plans to Job-Site Delivery
Choose the construction delivery method that best matches your project’s labor availability, shipping requirements, and installation timeline.
Panelization
In the panelized system, steel wall panels are prefabricated in our facility and delivered ready for installation, reducing on-site labor and installation time. We provide material take-offs with estimated pricing, shipping costs per panel, panel shop drawings, and connection details to support accurate installation before delivery.
Flat Pack
In the flat pack system, steel framing components are packaged by panel and labeled for organized on-site assembly. We provide material take-offs with estimated pricing, shipping estimates, panel shop drawings, and connection details to guide the assembly process before delivery.
Pre-Cut
In the pre-cut system, steel members are precision cut to the required sizes and delivered to the project site for assembly using shop diagrams. We provide material take-offs with estimated pricing, shipping estimates, and shop drawings to support the installation process.
Value Engineering
With value engineering, FSFTM serves as the Engineer of Record and provides complete structural engineering services. Our team performs structural analysis, prepares structural drawings (SD), optimizes the building design to reduce material usage and weight, and supports fabrication.
Note: Documentation such as material take-offs, shop drawings, and connection details are provided depending on the selected delivery system.
